Abstract:In the rapid development of the market economy and the background of the improved rule of law,property company as a service industry,its integrity is the foundation,and its brand is the source of the strengths of its conducive .It not only expand the property management market,but also help establish the image to achieve sustainable development.Therefore,companies need to use the integrity to build brand,while in turn used brand to ensure itsintegrity,to achieve both interactive,invincible in the fierce market competition.
