Construction of “Four Four Three” Business Practice Mode of Secondary Vocational School Teachers

Abstract The business practice for secondary vocational teachers is diversity in goal, demand, form, content and evaluation. The “four four three” business practice mode for secondary vocational school teachers was built based on the diversified characteristics of business practice. The implementation of the model need to build a modular enterprise practice curriculum system, create multiple paths and innovation implementation of diversified enterprises practice evaluation. To guarantee the implementation of this model, it should try to establish long-term mechanism of school enterprise cooperation, improve enterprise practice management system, and increase the investment.
